Field Report: The Philippines Pushes Its Equine Veterinary Base Toward International Standards — A First-Aid Seminar at Padre Garcia and the WOAH–Hong Kong Link
On June 8, 2026, the Equestrian Association of the Philippines (EAP) ran an equine first-aid seminar at the Padre Garcia racetrack. The lecturers were FEI-recognized vets who had just completed a WOAH "Equine Movement and Disease" workshop in Hong Kong.
